About us

  • We aim to provide high quality care for families and individuals. All ages, gender identities, sexualities, abilities, races, and religions are welcome. Our service focuses on efficiency, accessibility, and acceptability for all.

  • The Ladybarn Group Practice serves the local population in Burnage, Fallowfield, and Withington in South Manchester.

  • Everyone is welcome in general practice. Patients do not need proof of ID, address, immigration status or an NHS number to receive care or see a GP.

  • Our practice is friendly and dynamic. We strive to improve training and quality, moving with the times. We will always adapt to the changing needs of patients and advances in medical science. Our work will also respond to the evolving nature of primary care itself. Our patients can expect services from the antenatal to the palliative. This includes baby, asthma, chronic disease, and diabetic clinics.

How are we doing?

We appreciate constructive feedback to help us improve. Consider leaving us a quick Google review. We also encourage patients to complete the NHS Friends and Family Test. We submit the results of this feedback to NHS England each month.

Some people may prefer to feedback through the NHS review portal.

You can also register your interest to join the Patient Participation Group (PPG).

We are grateful to Healthwatch Manchester for the work they have done locally to improve GP website accessibility. Their feedback has been helping to improve this website. If you have specific feedback on accessibility, we would love to hear from you.

We understand patients may need to make a complaint about our services on occasion.
