Patient survey results December

We sent our patients in December a questionnaire to rate their care in our practice and here are some results for you to read.

Out of 1149 questionnaires sent - we had 115 responses back and the breakdown is:

55+ Very good ratings,

35+ Good ratings,

12 Neither good nor bad ratings,

6 Poor ratings and,

2 Very Poor.

Here are some lovely comments our patients has left us:

·         I find the online option to send a query very useful. Staff in reception and the GPs are warm and helpful, however pressed they are when I attend the surgery.

·         Very helpful when making the appointment. Also, the doctor took time to listen to me and arranged follow up appointments.

·         Prompt responses. Doctors who are cooperative and good communicators

·         Excellent doctors and innovative ways of working eg seeing a nurse, telephone appointments, different professional available, etc.

·         The medical query form is great, and a gp gets back to you quickly - reduces stress and seems much better than other practices.

We would like to thank for all the lovely comments you gave us. We shared them all with everyone at the practice. Hearing feedback from our patients is something we really appreciate, so we can see where we are doing great and what needs improving, so thank you.
