Friends and Family survey September 2025
We sent our patients who had a appointment with us in September a survey to ask how we have done.
We received 113 responses and we received a 82.3% Positive feedback. Well done to our team and thank you for your responses.

- The speed, the patience and helpfulness of the clerks on the front desk and the etiquette when answering the phone. 
- Efficient system. Simple process for appointment. Appointments on same day. Good doctors and helpful support staff 
- Easier to contact now using online system 
- Never had any problems. Usually when I fill the medical request form , within the hour, I usually receive a call back either from the doctor or the receptionist with an appointment. 
- The doctors are professional and caring, appointments are well managed, and the staff are always helpful and respectful.
