New Appointment System Coming Soon

Ladybarn Group Practice will start using a new online appointment system on November 27th. This is in line with national NHS policy. This new system will improve how you get care in several ways:

• You can request appointments easily on our website using a new online form. Most people will not need to call reception.

• Our team will look at all requests each day and get you the care you need.

• The team will triage medical queries to the best service, including same-day appointments, routine appointments, signposting to local services, or handling the request remotely.

• More same-day appointments will be available for urgent needs.

• Improved coordination of services for all your health needs.

Please be patient the week before we start Hub Working as we get it ready. Routine appointments will be reduced during this time.
