Complaints and feedback
We want to hear about your experience of our practice, good or bad. Most problems can be sorted out quickly by talking to us.
Make a complaint to us
You can complain by:
- writing to our practice managers, Philippa Beck and Louise Fradley, at Ladybarn Group Practice, 54 Briarfield Road, Withington, Manchester M20 4SS
- emailing [email protected], with "Complaint" in the subject
- asking at reception for help to make a complaint
Please tell us:
- your name, date of birth and how we can contact you
- what happened, and when and where it happened
- what you would like us to do
You should complain within 12 months of what happened, or within 12 months of finding out about it. We may still look at a complaint after this if there is a good reason.
Complain for someone else
You can complain on behalf of someone else. We will need their written permission, unless they cannot give it.
What happens next
- We will tell you we have received your complaint within 3 working days.
- We will look into it and keep you updated.
- We will reply to you in writing. If we need to investigate, this can take up to 6 months. We will tell you if we need more time.
Making a complaint will not affect your care.
If you do not want to complain to us
You can complain to NHS Greater Manchester instead. Its Patient Services team can also give you advice.
- phone 0161 271 3980 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm)
- email [email protected]
- write to Patient Services, NHS Greater Manchester, The Tootal Buildings, 56 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6EU
You cannot complain to us and to NHS Greater Manchester about the same thing at the same time.
If you are not happy with our answer
