Our values

Our values underpin everything we do at Ladybarn Group Practice. They guide how we care for our patients, work together as a team and contribute to our local community.

  • Compassion: we treat everyone with kindness, empathy and understanding, recognising individual needs and circumstances and providing care that is compassionate and supportive.
  • Respect and Dignity: we treat every patient, colleague and member of our community with dignity, courtesy and respect, valuing individual differences and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Inclusivity and Equality: we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued and treated fairly, without discrimination. We aim to ensure that our services are accessible and responsive to individual needs.
  • Patient-Centred Care: we place patients at the heart of our decisions, listening to their concerns, respecting their choices and involving them in decisions about their treatment and care wherever possible.
  • Teamwork and Partnership: we work collaboratively with our colleagues, patients, carers and partner organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes and provide coordinated, effective care.
  • Safety and Professionalism: we are committed to providing safe, high-quality care, maintaining professional standards, protecting the wellbeing of patients and staff, and promoting an environment free from abuse and unacceptable behaviour.
  • Learning and Continuous Improvement: we encourage feedback, reflection, learning and development. We continually seek opportunities to improve our services, develop our staff and respond to the changing needs of our patients and community.
  • Integrity and Accountability: we act honestly, responsibly and transparently, take ownership of our actions and decisions, and work within the relevant professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
