GP partners

Ladybarn Group Practice is a partnership. The partners hold our NHS contract and are responsible for the practice.

A training practice

We train new GPs and doctors. Dr Adams, Dr Hoosen, Dr Murray-Brown, Dr Anderson and Dr McCaffrey are GP trainers. You may be offered an appointment with a doctor in training. They are fully qualified doctors and are supervised by our GPs. You can ask to see another doctor.

GP earnings

All GP practices must declare the average earnings of the GPs who deliver NHS services at the practice.

The average pay for GPs working at Ladybarn Group Practice in the 2025 to 2026 financial year (April 2025 to March 2026) was £99,865 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full-time GP, 9 part-time GPs and 0 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months.
