Be Well is a free service for anyone registered with a Manchester GP. A coach helps you with whatever is affecting your health, such as money, housing, work, loneliness or your physical or mental health, and puts you in touch with the right support. This is sometimes called social prescribing.
Ask us to refer you, or contact Be Well yourself on 0161 470 7120 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
