Our online services are available 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Remember, for medical issues which are new to us, the duty doctor will need to review your request on the day you make contact. For clinical safety, we must assume all new medical requests are urgent until they are assessed.

For routine care issues we already know about — asthma reviews, medication checks, and contraception, for example — our admin team have the skills, confidence, and protocols to process these requests safely. This will be without the direct input of the duty doctor in most cases.

Don’t forget: the NHS App is also a great way to access most of our online services and it gets better all the time. It’s very use to use, so we encourage all our patients to download it.

If you are using this page outside of our core hours (8am-6.30pm), consider using NHS 111 instead.
